 Learning is a continuous process. It has become a must in the back drop of scientific advancement and modern marketing concepts. For this MMCians should be equipped with adequate scientific knowledge, communication power and marketing skills in the ever expanding competitive environment. Keeping this in mind MMC has opened up a separate training centre to provide an in house training to the budding and blossoming MMCians.
The infra structure includes comfortable staying facility and an ambience that will enthuse the trainees to learn and enjoy being an MMCian. The boarding arrangement too is taken care to provide a hygienic and nutritious food for the trainees. Prompt and complete medical care is made available when occasion demands.
The training is both for new recruits as well as for upgrading the knowledge of all the employees periodically in the form of refresher courses. The faculty includes marketing professionals.
